Crew of the Week: Immortal Ghosts Refu

What made you choose ‘Immortal Ghosts’ as your crew name?
The name was originally chosen by DeadlyImpact, the real life brother of Breeze and one of the current bosses of Immortal Ghosts. When he left Bootleggers, he decided to hand the crew to Breeze.

What do you stand for as a crew?
The crew stand up for our members, as they are the most important aspect of the crew of the crew. Without the members, Immortal Ghosts wouldn't even be able to stay on the statistics. Loyalty, respect and activity are also very imporant to the crew.

What is your main purpose for having the crew spot?
So we all have a place to be and possibility to chat together, also to enjoy our favourite game to play together with friends, or better said family.
When we weren’t on the statistics, a lot of the members requested Breeze when we were going to make our return to the Bootleggers statistics, so she asked her most trusted friend (Max) and IG made their return on the statistics.

What is your crew structure, and who are members of this structure?
Bosses: Breeze (BreezeV16) & Max (ShyGuyV2)
Council: Refu (Refu) and Lew (BuzzLew)
Recruiters: Lachy (TheLachy) & Lexia (Lexiachu)

Position explanation
Boss position
Everything has to at least go via the bosses for approval.

Council position
Counsellors will handle any situation when the bosses are offline or unavailable, or if the bosses feel a counsellor is able to resolve the situation better than they themselves would be able to.

Recruiter position
The title itself is quite clear, the Immortal Ghosts have two recruiters in two different timezones so that there is always someone able to send out application forms to a player who wishes to join Immortal Ghosts.

Please tell me some history about your crew, why, how and when was it established.
It was originally made in 2004 by Deadlyimpact, who is the real life brother of Breeze. He made it a successful crew then but eventually lost his interest and passed it down to Breeze. After the reset, Breeze moved on to working with TDA again but when they retired, Breeze decided to bring something old school back on the Bootleggers statistics. According to Breeze herself, this turned out to have been a good idea.

How is your Recruiting Policy?
Breeze said, "In Immortal Ghosts we care alot about Loyalty, activity and dedication from the crew members, all we request from the applicant is that they are loyal, active and spend time in the crew so that the crew itself can benefit from their activity and loyalty.”
There is no rank, wealth or any other aspect required to join Immortal Ghosts, only the fact that you have to fill in an Application Form and be patient awaiting the approval or refusal from its Council and Recruitment.

The opinion about the crew by the Buzz (PoisonBullet)
Having gone through every detail of the crew, visited them, spoken to the bosses and to the members it is clear to me that Immortal Ghosts are a crew that stand for equality. We can see this due to their unusual lack of a minimum rank and wealth status to join the crew, something which the majority of crews, even those that are still underground, require.
"Loyalty, activity and dedication" seem to be the three words that the crew strive to achieve and we at the Buzz wish them all the best in continuing to work towards these admirable aims.
