A Year Back Nyxxie

This time last year is an well known article of last reset where we compare the statistics of the game this time, last year. By using the Buzz of the past, we will gather the information of the status of the game and relay the events of that week to you here.

Date: November 8th, 2009 -- Issue: #1
  • After some issues with the round beginning, the round was finally underway. However, there were some staff changes. We say hello to Sean as HDO (made on November 4th) and toodles to long standing administrator, Sabin (removed before the round began).
  • With the reset, were some subtle changes to the game such as the Coast to Coast Booze Run mission where wine was replaced with beer. Reasons, unknown.
  • Other changes included the look of the Swiss bank, Federal bank (along with addition features), new captcha codes, the removal of the KO button, changes in the algorithm of crimes, the logging of promotions of rank on the news page, crew spots from 15 to 30, underscores in usernames, changes in OTF categories and pricing of car plate changing.
  • The Vanguard became the first crew to gain a spot on the Statistics page!
  • The Bootlegging page was disabled for a good portion of the beginning week of the round for pricing changes.
  • AgentKaiser was the first dead account of this round-- killed by Vallincourt.
  • Money at the time of publishing was $142,754,594 (~$28,683 per player). Total bullets was 1,451,000 (~289 per player). First Pee-Wee: BlueSkies, First Thug: Suzpaz, First Gangster: TheKing, First Hitman: TFKyle, First Assassin: TFKyle, First Boss: TFKyle, First Crew: The Vanguard (created by TFKyle), First Bullet Factory: SamuraiX.
