Reset or No rest?

The last few weeks, there was a lot of discussion about a reset, as a significant group of users seem to think one should happen. We from the Buzz decided to see what the BL community thinks of a reset if one would happen now.Well, the opinions are all different. Some people like having a reset now and some don't and that's good, because that gives us the possibility to see what you guys and girls think of that.

We personally asked some people including some people of the staff, some crew leaders and some other players what their thoughts on a reset are. It became clear that none of the staff members see the need of a reset right now as a lot of things are still happening on BL. Like MalfunctioningTable, who stated that "BSF is coming with more updates and new features and he would be foolish to reset the game and than release new features. It'd make more sense to release new features, get the bugs worked out, and then reset the game." However, he also thinks a reset is not needed because the current round is only running for just over a year. We also asked Banesx, a player who has been around on BL for a few years now, how he thinks of having a reset. He told us that he would like a reset now, because then everyone can begin from scratch again and the shootings as they are now would be over for a while.

But, we have also been handed out some information that a reset will be taking place in a different way. A player who wants to be anonymous told us that a reset is not necessary as they will provide us with some sort of reset themselves and that all we need to do is stay tuned.
Is there going to be some more action on BL that will make us all start from scratch without actually having a reset made by BSF? The only person who knows that at this moment is the anonymous person.

Well, it looks clear that the opinions are very different from each other and that is a good thing, but will there be a real reset soon or will BSF wait for another year or maybe even two years? That's all up to BSF himself, whether he thinks a reset is needed or not. But we can tell you now that there is not going to be a reset anytime soon, so we suggest you just keep on playing Bootleggers as it is now and enjoy playing.
