This week the Elite Guard introduced a new rule that covers people who were shot by someone who violated the TOS prior to the kill. More information about this specific rule can be found in the Game Forum important topic, as well as in the article in this issue of the Bootleggers Buzz.
Activity seems to have reached a new steady as the number of players online this weekend was about five percent higher than last weekend.
