EH wiped from statistics |
vanish |
|
What happened this week, is something that most people thought was impossible. The almost everlasting and most untouchable crew for the moment, Event Horizon (EH), got wiped from the crew-statistics-page in a record time.
Over the past few weeks, we witnessed some smaller attacks against EH or Haters Gonna Hate (HGH). These attacks were, most of the time, frustrated players who did not agree with the current game-state, and had therefore tried to change it by taking action. These attacks evidently resulted in nothing more than a few accounts who got killed, but in general: no severe damage to EH or HGH. The exception to this is the one attack that happened last week, that actually did some good damage to HGH. The shooters in this attack were Smoke&Mirrors (S&M) who managed a successful and effective attempt on HGH. This was the reason for the shootings that we saw this week on EH.
Although S&M claimed that they acted on their own, HGH did not believe this. The fact is that S&M were able to rank and train guns while covered by the protection of EH, and this did not stay hidden to the ears of HGH for a long time. As soon HGH came to know this, they decided that this would not stay unpunished. First of all, HGH put an end on the existence of S&M. But this was not enough. EH had to be punished too! But not until they first killed all members of New Horizon, the very new sub-crew of EH. Now the big work started. No less than eight shooters were involved, which actually makes sense, because S&M used only two shooters, and did not succeed in a total wipe. These eight shooters used a total of 700k bullets ( S&M used only 200k) and very much succeeded in ending the statistic-existence of EH.
When we asked HGH how they could be so sure that EH were really gone, they gave us this very honest answer. First of all, they killed all the living EH-members, except for those who were On Vacation. Next in line were (thanks to a list they managed to have) all EHs shooters, money-holders and accounts that were on EHs protection list. What they also added to their answer, was: We very much like the fact that Betty's crew is dead. Too bad it also included us shooting a few nice EH members. But I guess that's just part of the game.
After EH got wiped, HGH got shot again! Will this never end? But after some research, we discovered that it had nothing to do with the EH shooting. One of the HGH members told us: A player called Cmon shot at us. He has been shooting at us a lot lately, from different accounts. He just ranks a bit, starts shooting and dies.
So, no relation to EH whatsoever.
What this will mean to the game, is another story. I did not write that in this article, but an entire other article is dedicated to this subject in next weeks Buzz.
