We are going on a journey in to the woe and joy of gambling.
Winning casinos is ecstasy for some people and the rush of risking it all for a chance at major riches. Also the inevitable dismay when trying to recoup major losses. So much emotion can be involved in a few clicks and I want to see what drives people to constantly go back to the casinos.
Currently there are 16 unowned casinos in bootleggers, the majority being blackjack. After scraping around in the forums and asking players why blackjack is so unpopular. The main consensus says that they don't make much profit. It seems the best money making casino is a keno, with payouts up to 10,000 times your original bet can be very tempting with little bets.Winning on a casino is probably the fastest way to make money.Unfortunately it can be just as fast to lose it all. That instant where you see your horse not come home or you miss that 7 can be as bad for people as being shot.
There are some sublime gamblers on this game who can turn bets into profit on a regular basis. Is it an art, a skill or just plain luck? Here is an interview with one of the most prolific gamblers I have ever met whom regularly wins casinos. Also a very generous player who has given up some of his busy schedule of gamblers anonymous and then relapsing to answer a few questions, Maybe we can get some tips.
Name: Suicideoptions
How long have you been playing and gambling on Bootleggers?
Uhh I've played since 2005 or 2006.. Been gambling big since about 2009, before then I was pretty much broke or more focused on shootings.
What is your favorite table to gamble on?
Roulette.
How much have you gambled during your time on bootleggers?
Holy s**t.. Uhhh I'd probably guess around the 5bn mark, maybe more in the earlier rounds.. Around 350m on this round I'd expect..
How much have you won/lost during your time on bootleggers?
Uhhh I've probably won about 10bn, Lost about 5bn, in my time, methinks! In this round I've probably lost around 350m, won about 200m! (then, earned about 500m from holding casinos
What is your biggest win/loss bootleggers?
Most I've won was 1bn on keno, when CptRuyter owned it.. Paid out the full amount at the time! Biggest loss was 100mill last round on a slot, I had been doing particularly well on my keno, was banking in sets of 10mill, got so used to typing that many zeros, I meant to bet 100k and just got carried away on the zeros, not even thinking. This round's biggest win in one is 50mill, Biggest loss in one bet is 10mill on rlt.
Any top tips?
On a slots, if the owner is wealthy, Make 20k bets until Millionaire. When they reach Millionaire, Make 50k bets until they are Multi-Millionaire. If you haven't hit 3 oranges and bust them by then, give up. Most people use this anyway, But I won't reveal my best tactics
So there is a lot of interest in gambling and they can prove to be quite a powerful asset. There are lots of ways to gain money in this game but this seems to be the most risky and fruitful at the same time. We would like to wish you all luck and happy gambling.
