Witness Statements
When a player is whacked, three witness statements are sent out randomly to five people in the same city via Bootmail.
The witness statements can be used to identify who killed someone, holders of witness statements can post the information of the shooter against the grave of the deceased in the Graveyard.
Witness statements can be transferred from player to player via Escrow.
