Hire a PI to find a player or research a crew
Searching for a player
Private investigators can be hired to find the location of another player. This is needed to be able to Whack them.
Once found, the investigator will contact you letting you know the targets location. Each investigator has a different window of time that you are able to whack the target after he or she is found. After that window, the target is lost and will need to be searched for again.
Researching a crew structure
Researching a crew structure is advised before attempting to Whack someone in a crew, otherwise you risk dying in backfire in the case of them being protected in layers. See more information on the Crew page.
When you have the crews structure found, the PI will keep the information current for you while in the window.
