Terms of Service (TOS)
The Terms of Service must be agreed to by every player when they sign-up and login for the first time. It outlines the fundamental rules that all must follow; including member conduct, account security, and gold purchases.
When it is updated, every user is required to agree to it again.
Rules
The game rules are also able to be viewed here, they work together with the TOS and cover gameplay requirements, such as your obligation to only have one account per person.

You can also head to the Game Forum whereby you can find the rules specifically relating to in game communications.
